A group of Thai high school students is reimagining how students learn—and the world is paying attention. RevisionSuccess, founded by 16-year-old Phonlawat "Beam" Sirajindapirom, uses artificial intelligence to turn study materials into custom quizzes, flashcards, and summaries. Born from personal frustration with inefficient study tools, the platform has quickly grown into one of Southeast Asia’s most promising youth-led education technologies. Phonlawat, who is set to join the Chulalongkorn School of Integrated Innovation at Chulalongkorn University, leads the initiative.
The idea for RevisionSuccess was sparked during exam season, when Beam and his peers found themselves overwhelmed by the volume of material and underwhelmed by existing tools. They realized students weren’t struggling because they lacked motivation, but because they lacked tools that matched how they actually study. The team envisioned a smarter way to revise—something fast, personalized, and accessible. Over late-night brainstorming sessions and self-taught coding marathons, the first version of RevisionSuccess took shape.

What started as a simple tool to help classmates quickly evolved into a platform with real traction. Students can upload notes, highlight any text online, and instantly convert it into study resources powered by AI. In April 2025, the team launched a browser extension for Chrome and Edge, making it even easier to integrate study support into students’ daily habits. It allows for automatic question generation, summarization of long texts, and instant answers to complex queries—all within the browser.
The platform now boasts over 1,000 active users and has helped generate more than 4,000 study sets. But its reach goes beyond just students. The team has trained over 700 teachers across Thailand on how to use the tool in classrooms, including delivering workshops at Google Thailand’s headquarters. The startup was also awarded a $3,000 grant from the International Baccalaureate Global Youth Action Fund, recognizing its innovation and global potential.

Today, the team behind RevisionSuccess includes students from eight schools across Thailand, each contributing skills in tech, design, education, and outreach. Their collaborative spirit and shared vision continue to push the platform forward, with plans for expanded language support and deeper integration with school curricula.
RevisionSuccess is more than just an app. It is a movement led by students for students, using technology to reshape the future of education—one quiz at a time. It stands as proof that age is no barrier to innovation.
